PEDRO DIAZ,

Doctor of
Pedagogical Sciences, Pedro Luis Diaz Benitez, holds a Master's degree
in sports training, a Major in Physical Culture and Sports and he is
also specialized in sports training's planning and control. He was a
professor and investigator for the University of Cuban sport. He has
worked with Olympics and world champions boxers.
In addition he made
several studies and an investigation in sports. He has performed
studies on the theory and methodology of training in the process of
preparing boxers and others high performance atheletes. Also, he was
written several books, pamphlets and other educational materials about
the preparation for combat sports. His course and seminars always
centers in boxing and methodology of sports training, that he gave in
several countries, have been greatly appreciated.
He was assessor and
coach of Dominican Republic's Boxer Felix Diaz at the Olympic Games in
Beijing 2008, where this one became the only Olympic champion of America.
Pedro Diaz has also being awarded with the Medal of "Olympic Merit". Hi
is currently Technical Advisor for Groupe Yvon Michel.
